City of Sumas sounds flood siren, advises residents to leave for safety

WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — The City of Sumas is recommending evacuation for all residents after issuing a flood warning on Wednesday.
City officials will be sounding the flood siren at City Hall, recommending that residents evacuate.
