Denver Broncos vs. Green Bay Packers score predictions for Week 15

In the biggest game of the year for the Denver Broncos, if we’re strictly talking about national narratives around this team, they will host the Green Bay Packers. The prevailing opinion is that the Broncos are frauds and the Packers are legitimate contenders, which is why they are favored on the road here despite Denver having the best record in the NFL. Perhaps we’ll see some narratives destroyed on Sunday…

A loss to the Packers hurts the Broncos less than a loss to any remaining team on their schedule, but… a win would shut a lot of these haters up for a while. I’m all for making haters eat crow and hopefully we see the Broncos players feeling the same way on Sunday. I expect a high-intensity game from them and yet another convincing win to add to their already impressive win-streak. – Tim Lynch

I feel a big RJ Harvey game upcoming. He’ll total over 100 yards and 2 touchdowns while Bo Nix will be a consistent game manager of the offense. Nix and the OL will slow down the Packers pass rush while the Broncos pass rush will get after Jordan Love and force him into some mistakes. The home crowd and home field will factor in and the Broncos will win their 11th straight game and inch closer to locking up the AFC West and #1 seed in the AFC. – Scotty Payne

The Broncos are on the verge of punching their ticket to the postseason and earning their first AFC West title in a decade. The Packers are a formidable foe, but Denver has proven throughout the year they can grind out tough wins. This one likely comes down to the wire like many other games this season. I’m optimistic Denver can continue their recent success on offense and believe the defense will come through with a big turnover or two to help earn their twelfth win. – Chris Hart

My gut says to be worried. The Green Bay Packers have plenty of talent all over the place. They have talented skill players. Their quarterback is a top talent in the NFL. Their defense has a monster pass rusher. But the Broncos are home. The Broncos have the quarterback, pass rush from every position, and the NFL’s best corner to boot. I think Love is going to have trouble against our defense which is the difference in the game. – Sadaraine

For the most part it’s felt like each week is the biggest week of the season. I’d credit that mostly as a condition of having a massive winning streak and competing for the No. 1 seed, but the schedule also hasn’t been easy. This week there’s everything on the line. Possibly the top spot in the AFC, their double-digit winning streak, and their reputation amongst the league. I’m nervous, but this team has been full of surprises this year. If they can lock down Matt LaFleur and Jordan Love, then a big win awaits them. – Ross Allen

The sentiment that the Broncos should be worried about the Packers hangs over this week. It’s not a dark cloud. It’s a mark that Sean Payton’s team has reached a point where the “elite” teams of the NFL are the new measuring stick. The Packers weren’t a preseason contender because they have pretty uniforms. So, Bo Nix has a chance to make a statement about him QB play, while the Broncos have the opportunity to put themselves further ahead of the pack. The game will be a defensive struggle, but one offense will find a way to put their team over the top. Until it isn’t, it’s the Broncos. – Adam Malnati

Let’s pay homage to the best game in Broncos history. And just like Super Bowl 50 and the 2015 game in Denver, the Packers are the favorite and analyst/media darlings for this Sunday’s game, and their opponent is not to be taken seriously. But just like both of those games, the Broncos will come out victorious. Denver’s pass rush is going to make the game completely miserable for Love. Meanwhile, the Broncos running game will build off what it did in Las Vegas. And to really pay tribute to that magical day in San Diego, Nix will helicopter his way to a big first down en route to the game-winning touchdown. – Ian St. Clair
