Ahead of the Strictly Come Dancing semi-finals, pro dancer Nikita Kuzmin pulled a surprise on Amber Davies by showing her a clip of their debut dance on the show. Amber had to step in at the eleventh hour after Dani Dyer had to bow out of the competition.
In an emotional Instagram video, Amber is seen welling up as she watches their first waltz. She confessed to Nikita: “I can’t even talk. We like barely knew each other.
“We just scraped for everything, we tried the last minute dress, tried everything,” he responded.
Amber recalled: “I was like shaking as well from head to toe wasn’t I? I remember just thinking, look into his eyes, look into his eyes.
“You made your eyes a comfort place for me. It’s such a simple routine.”
