Is Christian McCaffrey playing today with back injury?

Christian McCaffrey was a late add to the San Francisco 49ers injury report Saturday due to a back injury that has him listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans. The running back is expected to play, though.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, McCaffrey is expected to be “good to go” for the important Week 15 contest, as he has been all year in one of his most durable seasons.

At 9-4, San Francisco is just one game behind the Seahawks and Rams in NFC West and one game back of the first wild card spot. What should be an easy home tilt, a win over the Titans will give them a chance to make up ground.
Should I start Christian McCaffrey in fantasy?
Yes. As long as McCaffrey is healthy enough to play, he should be in all lineups against a Titans defense that’s middle of the road in terms of fantasy points allowed to running backs. McCaffrey has been the fantasy RB3 this season in both total points scored and average points per game. Tennessee is tied for the third-most rushing touchdowns allowed to backs this season.

Who is Christian McCaffrey’s backup?
The 49ers’ backup running back is Brian Robinson Jr., who has 328 yards and two touchdowns rushing on the season. Even with McCaffrey available, he’s averaged about eight carries for 32 yards the last four games.
