🇦🇱 Albania: Tommy Cash to Perform at Festivali i Këngës 64

Tommy Cash has been announced as a guest performer at Festivali i Këngës 64 by RTSH.
RTSH has announced that Tommy Cash, who finished third at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, will perform during the final of Festivali i Këngës 64. Tommy Cash performed “Espresso Macchiato” for Estonia in Basel, placing 9th with the jury and 2nd with the public.
Festivali i Këngës 64 will be held between December 17 and 20, with 28 acts competing in the contest. 18 of the artists are established acts, while 10 are newcomers.
The contest will be held at the Pallati e Kongreseve in Tirana. The first two nights will feature performances from the 28 acts, night three will be a nostalgia night and the final will select the winner.
The results of Festivali i Këngës 64 will be determined by 50% professional jury, 25% televoting in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia and 25% by international online voting. Online voting will take place through the ‘FiK – Festivali i Këngës’ app, which will also have a livestream of the shows transcribed in Albanian and English.
Shkodra Elektronike represented Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with their song “Zjerm”. Albania placed 8th in the final scoring 218 points, including 12 points from the French jury and 12 points from the televote in Greece and Montenegro. This was Albania’s best result and first top 10 finish since 2012.

Albania made its debut at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2004. Albania succeeded in their first showing with Anjeza Shahini’s “The Image of You”, finishing 7th in the final. Albania has competed in the Eurovision Song Contest every year since its debut. Since the success of their first appearance, they have reached the grand final a further 11 times. They bettered their 2004 score in 2012 with Rona Nishliu’s song “Suus”, which finished in 5th place with 146 points. This was their first time reaching the top 5 and their best placing to date.
