An OPP response in Walkerton early this morning resulted in one person being taken into custody.
The OPP have released only scant details, saying there was an increased police presence in Walkerton due to an investigation in the area of Bruce Road 19 and Concession 2 NDR East.
In a social media post around 6:30 a.m., the OPP confirmed one person was arrested — but have not released any other information.
