Local former reality TV star charged with sex crimes, held on a $250K bond

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A former reality TV star from Warren County was arraigned for multiple sex crimes involving animals and children Monday morning, according to court records.
Tony McCollister, 43, was charged with felony pandering obscene material involving children and misdemeanor sexual conduct with animals. He was arrested on a warrant on Dec. 23 by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office in Union Township, records show.
A criminal complaint alleges that McCollister knowingly uploaded explicit material involving children to his Google account and engaged in sexual conduct with his two dogs at his Lavender Way residence on Nov. 23.
McCollister starred in the short-lived A&E reality television series “Neighbors with Benefits,” which focused on suburban swingers.
He is being held at Warren County Jail on a $250,000 cash-only bond and is expected to return to court Tuesday morning.
