Today is the last day of 2025.
The warmest part of the day is this morning with temperatures in the 20’s and 30’s. This afternoon temperatures will plummet into the teens.
If you have plans outside today, more light snow is expected this morning.
Expect this patch of light snow to move through the by noon or so. Any new snow accumulations will be an inch or less.
Some sun will break through this afternoon as much colder air arrives.
If you are ringing in the new year tonight, temperatures will be hovering around zero at midnight and the wind chill will be about -10.
More snow showers are possible on New Year’s Day, but most of Thursday afternoon will be quiet.
Expect a chilly, but quiet first weekend of 2026.
