Ranel Young: Teenage winger joins Bristol City academy on deal to 2027

Bristol City have confirmed the signing of free agent Sam Morsy on a six-month deal until the end of the season.
The move, reported last month, sees the former Ipswich midfielder return to football for the first time since September after his two-year contract with Kuwait FC was cancelled.
The 34-year-old captained Ipswich Town to back-to-back promotions from League One to the Premier League, before leaving the Tractor Boys this summer.
“As soon as I heard of the interest, I could see it was a really good fit for me,” Morsy said.
“Gerhard [Struber] has an infectious personality and is a real winner and I know the style of football he wants to play.
“I am going to give it everything I have got and I am fully committed to this cause. I am joining an amazing football club and amazing group.”
