Where are the Traitors season 1 cast now? From Amanda to Wilfred, here’s what the contestants are up to

The Traitors is back for a fourth season, and we can’t wait to see this year’s cast arrive at the infamous Scottish castle. The show first burst onto our screens in 2022 and quickly became a hit with fans, with the celebrity version launching in October 2025.

But before iconic Traitors like Alan Carr, who surprised viewers on The Celebrity Traitors, and civilian legends such as season two winner Harry Clark and season three standout Charlotte Chilton, there were the originals who started it all. From Amanda’s brilliantly unsuspected Traitor run to Wilf who almost made it to the end (if it wasn’t for Kieran’s savage parting gift), season one really put the show on the map.

As we wait for the new series to begin, here’s where the season one cast are now.

Aaron

Aaron Evans was one of the three winners of the first series, splitting the £101,050 prize with Meryl Williams and Hannah Byczkowski.

After The Traitors, Evans swapped property for life at sea, leaving real estate behind to work as a deckhand on luxury superyachts. He didn’t step away from TV for long, though. In 2024, he appeared on First Dates, where he went on a standout date with Laura, before popping up on Love Island USA and testing his knowledge on Celebrity Mastermind later that year.

He now spends most of his time travelling the world and shares his journeys on Youtube channel where he posts a new video every Saturday.

Amanda

Amanda won us all over back in 2022 when she joined the show as the “loveliest” yet “most fierce” Traitor on the show. She managed to avoid suspicion for quite some time before eventually being banished.

In 2024, the mum-of-five appeared on the BBC’s The Pilgrimage, which saw her going on a trek along with several other celebs to explore her faith. Most recently, Amanda showed off her weight loss and results of her £7.5k facelift as she shared a festive photo.

She’s still really good friends with some of her Traitors family and does interviews and podcasts around the show.

Wilf

After the show, Wilf Webster built a career as a content creator and TV personality, gaining a huge following with his street interviews and pop culture takes.

He’s since appeared on shows like Would I Lie to You? and has said he hopes to move into TV presenting. Wilf married his partner Panayiota in 2022. The couple share a daughter and often appear together online.

Meryl

Since the show, Meryl Williams has continued to support charitable causes, including attending The Traitors Live Experience in aid of Comic Relief in September 2025, which she documented on social media. Alongside this, Meryl has used her platform to champion the dwarfism community, raising awareness and challenging common misconceptions.

Hannah

After winning The Traitors, Hannah Byczkowski threw herself into stand-up comedy, quickly becoming known for her bold, relatable style. She also co-hosts the hit podcast Ghost Huns with fellow comedian Suzie Preece, where the pair put a hilarious spin on spooky stories and paranormal encounters. The podcast has built a loyal fanbase, and in 2024 the duo took it on the road, selling out venues including Bush Hall in London with a Halloween special.

Maddy

Following The Traitors, Maddy Smedley continued her acting career. She joined Hollyoaks as Faye Fuller, a talent agent for influencer Rayne Royce. In May 2023, she revealed she was expecting her first child with her partner Tom, and they welcomed their daughter, Shelby, in September 2023.

In 2024, Maddy appeared in series two of Big Boys as fresher Sally and also starred in the Call the Midwife Christmas special.

Amos

Before The Traitors, Dr. Amos Ogunkoya had an impressive medical career, including frontline work during the Covid-19 pandemic and a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine.

He’s worked as Colchester United’s team doctor and, in 2023, became the youngest first-team club doctor in the Premier League with Luton Town FC. Since the show, he’s become a familiar face on UK daytime TV, sharing health tips on Morning Live and Jeremy Vine, while also supporting campaigns like the British Heart Foundation’s Learn CPR initiative. In 2024, he even met Prime Minister Keir Starmer to discuss the future of the NHS.

Andrea

Andrea Addison, the 72-year-old Faithful who won fans over on The Traitors, has returned to her retirement life in Belgium. She stays active on Instagram, sharing her love of art – especially her owl-themed creations – and has occasionally chatted with the media, including an interview with Gaydio about her time on the show and life since.

Tom and Alex

Before Diane’s shocking confession in season two – “Paul, just couldn’t be my son, but Ross is” – there was Tom admitting to the others at breakfast: “Alex isn’t a traitor… she’s my girlfriend.”

The revelation eventually led to them both being taken out by the others. Outside of the show, Tom is a magician and Alex works as a presenter and actor.

They’re still going strong and bought a house together in 2024.

Kieran

Kieran had us all cackling in the season one finale when he threw Wilf under the bus just before his exit. In 2022, he landed the job of Senior Solutions Consultant DocuWare & IT Services at Vision plc.

He now hosts the podcast Secrets and Sabotage alongside comedian pal Emmanuel Sonubi, and he’s since branched out into acting, appearing in F1, opposite Brad Pitt, Bridgerton’s Simone Ashley and Damson Idris.

The Traitors season 4 starts on BBC One on Thursday 1st January at 8pm.
