8 Central Okanagan properties make list of B.C.’s most expensive

The latest BC Assessment data found a handful of the province’s 500 most expensive residential properties in the Central Okanagan.
The most expensive property in the region sits in Lake Country’s Carr’s Landing area, at 12990 Pixton Road. The waterfront property is 0.89 acres and features seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms between the main house and a guest house. The luxury Villa Vista Le Lago property is valued at $14,771,000 and sits 239 on the list.
Kelowna’s highest valued property comes in second for the Central Okanagan and 331 overall. The property at 4358 Hobson Road, known as the “Rock House”, is a single family home sitting on 1.76 acres of land. Built in 1974, the property now has a value of $13,411,000 and features a sauna and gym.
A second Lake Country property takes bronze in the region. Valued at $13,372,000, the acerage at 18250 Juniper Cove Road was last sold in 1980 for just $90,000 according to real estate brokerage site Redfin. A single family home was built on the 108 acre property in 1996. The Juniper Cove Road property falls 335 on the provincial list of top valued properties for 2026.
Other Central Okanagan properties in the top 500 are 4364 Hobson Road in Kelowna (428), 4800 Lakeshore Road in Kelowna (450), 1935 Jennens Road in West Kelowna (463), 16080 Carrs Landing Road in Lake Country (486), and 1683 Pritchard Drive in West Kelowna (490).
