ITV star Cat Deeley, best known for hosting This Morning, has been spotted on the beach in Miami wearing very little while working on her winter tan
This Morning’s Cat Deeley is looking red hot in her latest seaside snaps.
The ITV presenter flaunted her figure in a stunning white bikini while soaking up the sun on a Miami beach. The recently single television personality, who ended her 12-year marriage in July 2025, has been unwinding on the sandy shores for the past few days.
The mother-of-two appeared completely carefree as she took a plunge in the crystal-clear waters beneath Florida’s glorious sunshine. One snap showed her sipping on a chilled beverage while lounging beside her friend.
Her companion Ben also posted on his Instagram Stories, showing Cat preparing her script for Monday’s This Morning broadcast, pouring over her notes during their flight.

This comes after the 49-year-old recently made a social media post celebrating what she described as a “fun” year, marking her first festive season following her divorce from Patrick Kielty. Reflecting on the year’s memorable moments, Cat admitted that despite parting ways with husband Patrick she’s experienced “a lot of fun,” reports the Mirror.

Her montage featured girly evenings out, summer cycling adventures and behind-the-scenes moments beside her This Morning co-presenter Ben Shephard. One clip showed Cat and Ben trialling red light therapy masks as another captured them sharing laughs with McFly duo Harry Judd and Danny Jones.
She wrote alongside the post: “A lot of fun, a big bunch of friends and a whole lot more to come in 2026! #happynewyears”.
