A new casting notice sheds some light on some of the details of an upcoming Bluey experience coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The casting notice is for a high-energy actor to host and play games at Animal Kingdom’s Conservation Station, all part of a Bluey takeover of the oft-overlooked corner of the park. Here’s what we know!
New Details, Casting Notice for Bluey Experience at Animal Kingdom
This summer, guests will be able to play and dance with Bluey and Bingo at Conservation Station in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Earlier today, we covered a permit that offered some insight into how much work is going into the new experience. Now, a casting notice has offered some more details on what we can expect.
Disney Live Entertainment is accepting submissions from Host Actors for the New Offering Featuring Bluey and Bingo at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Beginning in Summer 2026 at Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll be able to take a fun excursion to Conservation Station in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, where you can play and dance with Bluey and Bingo! Play some of your favorite games from Bluey episodes with a fun animal twist, like butterfly keepy uppy.
Grab the whole family and snap some pictures alongside your Blue Heeler pals to remember this one-of-a-kind adventure. Plus, as part of your wild excursion, step outside to discover an experience with animals native to Bluey’s home country of Australia!
The new casting notice seeks high-energy actors to host and play some of Bluey’s favorite games with fun animal twists. Actors should be comfortable with hosting large groups, improv, and working closely with children.
In a posted monologue, the actor welcomes guests to the “P.A.C.K.”, which stands for Playful Animal Crew for Kids. The monologue continues by saying that some of the games and excursions that guests will encounter will be inspired by some of our favorite animals.
It’s not clear if the casting monologue will mirror that of the experience in Conservation Station or not.
The casting notice also gives us some info on the expected timeframe for the Bluey offering. Rehearsals begin in early May 2026, which means that we can be sure that the experience won’t debut before then. It’s possible that Disney is preparing for a Memorial Day debut for the Bluey experience, but an exact start date hasn’t been announced.
