The 19-year-old has been highly rated at Cardiff and has featured on the fringes of their first team. Mafico made his senior Cardiff debut on 16th August 2025, starting in the 3-0 League One win over Rotherham United, and has also been involved with the Wales Under-21 squad, making his debut against Belgium U21s in November 2025.
Mafico signed his first professional contract with Cardiff City in July 2024, having progressed through the club’s Under-18 and Under-21 teams. The 19-year-old midfielder joins Yeovil Town to gain further first-team experience and bring energy, creativity, and technical quality to the squad.
