Josh Allen drools over wife Hailee Steinfeld at Golden Globes; Buffalo Bills get shoutout

The Buffalo Bills got a shoutout during the 2026 Golden Globes on Sunday night, despite no one from the team being there.
E! News reports Hailee Steinfeld attended the awards show solo because her husband, Bills quarterback Josh Allen, was busy winning an NFL playoff game. When Steinfeld walked on stage to present an award, the announcer gave the pregnant actress an extra congratulations.
“Please welcome one of the stars of ‘Sinners,’ Hailee Steinfeld—congrats on that Bills’ win,” an announcer said, “and Golden Globe winner Ayo Edebiri.”
Allen, who married Steinfeld last year, led the Bills to a 27-24 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday afternoon in Florida. It was Buffalo’s first road playoff win in more than 30 years.
But Allen still made time to cheer on his wife, who walked the red carpet in a peach-colored Prada dress, from afar. He shared a photo of Steinfeld on Instagram Stories with a drooling emoji and a heart eyes emoji: “🤤😍.”

“Sinners” won two awards at the Golden Globes, including Cinematic and Box Office Achievement and Best Original Score. Steinfeld was not nominated in the acting category, despite receiving critical and fan acclaim for her performance opposite Michael B. Jordan.
“My wife is an unbelievable, undeniable rock star in her work, in her life as a person. She’s everything I need in my life,” Allen said in October.
Allen also said the Oscar-nominated actress-singer taught him that “maybe that I am more than a football player,” but assured Bills Mafia that he still wants to win a Super Bowl for Buffalo.
“I know as a man, in my life, I will be great,” Allen told ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” in October. “But in doing what I do, and how I’ve done it for my entire career, putting everything I have into my job and winning a Super Bowl, it’ll always be the Great White Buffalo. The one that got away. Whatever you want to call it.”
Allen and Steinfeld, both 29, wed in June in Ventura, California, after more than a year of dating. The couple announced in December that Steinfeld is pregnant with their first child.
Allen, named NFL MVP last season, has led the Bills to the AFC East title five times and the AFC Championship twice. The star QB grew up near Fresno, California, and played college football at the University of Wyoming before being selected in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. He’s also known for his love of golf and appearances in dozens of TV commercials and ad campaigns.
Steinfeld is an Academy Award-nominated actress known for roles in movies and TV shows like “Hawkeye,” “Sinners,” “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,” “Pitch Perfect 2″ & “3,” “Bumblebee,” “The Edge of Seventeen,” “Charlie’s Angels” and “True Grit.” She’s also a singer with hit songs like “Starving,” “Let Me Go,” “Most Girls,” “Capital Letters,” and “Love Myself.”
