A body has been found following extensive searches for a student who was reported missing in Lincoln.
Police said 20-year-old Connor James Calleja, from Market Harborough in Leicestershire, was last seen on Sunday near Court 1 on the University of Lincoln campus before he disappeared.
In a statement on Tuesday, a Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said a body had been discovered during a search of the Foss Bank – a body of water close to the Brayford Pool.
The force said although formal identification had yet to take place, the body was believed to be Connor.
