Noah Wyle Puts His Golden Globe Beside Homemade ‘Best Dad’ Trophy

Noah Wyle had a great Golden Globes night.
“The Pitt” leading man took home the award for best TV male actor — drama, calling it a “truly humbling moment” during his acceptance speech.
This marked the 54-year-old actor’s first Golden Globe, but that night he also nabbed a second award that just might be a touch more special.
On Jan. 12, a day after the awards show, Wyle shared a photo of his Golden Globe alongside a handmade “best dad” trophy made out of tin foil.
“What an incredible night. My heart is full,” the actor captioned the Instagram post.
Wyle shares son Owen, 24, and daughter Auden, 20, with his ex-wife, Tracy Warbin, and daughter Frances, 10, with his wife, Sara Wyle.

The former “ER” star attended the Globes with Sara Wyle, whom he gave a shoutout to during his speech.
“I’ve been supported by an incredible wife and three great children all along the way,” he said.
His daughter Auden Wyle praised him on her Instagram story after his win, writing, “The most dedicated father, human, artist and advocate.”

“My first inspiration and the greatest best friend. It is the biggest gift in the world to watch you shine,” she continues. “We love you so much.”
Last year, after winning two Emmys for “The Pitt,” he told People that it’s “really beautiful” to share the success with his family.
“To see my kids be proud of me and to have this be meaningful for them, for me, it has been really amazing,” he told the magazine in September 2025. “You always hope your kids know how hard you work. You always hope your kids know how much of yourself you fit into what you do by example for them.”
Adding, “This last year, I’ve really felt that they’ve been listening and watching and it’s been impactful.”
