Does ‘Southern Charm’s Craig Conover Have a Girlfriend? Inside His Love Life After Paige DeSorbo Split

Michelle Watt/Bravo
The Bravo world mourned the loss of a major crossover relationship when Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo split in 2024. The Southern Charm and Summer House stars became friends while filming Winter House in 2021 (Conover had another girlfriend at the time), then started casually dating that summer. By September 2021, they made their romance official.
Three years later, Conover was ready to take the next step in the relationship, but DeSorbo wasn’t quite there, prompting her to end things. Now, Conover is back on Season 11 of Southern Charm, which was filmed in the spring of 2025, months after his split from DeSorbo.
So, what’s the status of Conover’s love life today? Scroll down for everything we know.
Does Craig Conover have a girlfriend?
No, Conover does not appear to currently have a girlfriend. He said during a December 2025 Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen appearance that he’s single. Yes, that means he’s not dating Salley Carson or Charley Manley after spending time with both of them during Southern Charm Season 11!
Back in March 2025, Conover said on another WWHL episode that he was “seeing someone,” who was reported to be Natalie Buffett. However, by June, things had fizzled out. “Their relationship hasn’t progressed or become serious,” Us Weekly reported at the time, citing the fact that Buffett “travels often” as the reason for the standstill. The outlet’s insider also added that Buffett didn’t “want to be in a relationship” or “tied down” at the time, while Conover was looking to “settle down.”
Later that month, Conover appeared on The Toast and explained why the relationship ended. “I was seeing a really nice girl. She will be someone’s perfect person. I just wasn’t ready to date,” he said. “She’s just a wonderful person, but I really was like, ‘I have some healing to do. I have to go find myself again.’”
He also clarified his WWHL comments, noting, “When Andy asked if I was dating, I was just like, ‘I don’t ever talk to more than one person at a time.’ It was my way of saying I’m not just, like, out there dating a whole bunch of people.”
Meanwhile, Buffett wrote on her Instagram Story, “I’m not dating anyone specific and just really enjoying the season I’m in right now with my family and friends and traveling the world.”
On the Season 11 premiere of Southern Charm, Conover revealed that he met Buffett in 2019 during a trip to the Bahamas, then reconnected with her after his split from DeSorbo. “She made me feel whole again, and it’s unfair to her,” he admitted. “But then, once I felt whole again, I was like, ‘Oh, I have more healing [to do].’” He also said he “rushed into the first person” he started talking to after the breakup because he was “lonely.”
Who is Natalie Buffett?
Buffett is a social media influencer who often posts content of her travels online. “Probably on her plane,” her Instagram bio says.
She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in civil engineering in 2019 and became the director of content creation and strategy at OxeFit in 2021, per LinkedIn. OxeFit is a home gym company.
Buffett previously dated NFL star Dak Prescott for about two years before their 2022 split. Following her split from the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, she reportedly moved on with baseball star Jack Flaherty. They posted a now-deleted photo together on Instagram in December 2023, but reportedly split the following year.
Why did Paige DeSorbo dump Craig Conover?
DeSorbo announced her and Conover’s breakup on her Giggly Squad podcast in December 2024, noting that she had ended the relationship. She revealed, “I think it was just the right decision for both of us moving forward in our lives and the direction in our lives that we didn’t force.” She clarified that “no one did anything,” and there wasn’t a “bad thing” that happened.

Before the split, Conover said he had purchased an engagement ring and was planning to propose to DeSorbo. However, the engagement never happened because he and DeSorbo realized they were at two different places in their lives.
“It’s really just two people growing and changing and things that they want in their lives changing,” DeSorbo explained on her podcast. While Conover was ready to settle down and tie the knot, DeSorbo had a different timeline in mind.
“I think one of the things I get most insecure about is I am 32. And, so, a lot of times, the rhetoric online directed at me is, ‘You’re 32. Shouldn’t you pack it in and get married? Like, you’re not a kid anymore,’” she said on the 2024 podcast episode. “And while I fully acknowledge I’m not a child, you also don’t have to use the phrase, ‘Pack it in’ when you’re talking about the rest of your life as a woman.”
