Personal trainer Liam, 26, has been spotted cosying up with pretty brunette Lara Grace on a string on dates, including enjoying a Christmas Eve pub night surrounded by friends.

The ITV2 star was seen getting close to the 21-year-old student from South Wales at a festive drink-up at Caldicot Football Club.
Onlookers say the pair were inseparable all evening, laughing, chatting and clearly comfortable in each other’s company.
Sources revealed Lara’s mum was also there, happily joining in as the couple soaked up the Christmas cheer with family and friends.
The pair also follow each other on Instagram, and The Sun understands Liam and Lara have been seeing each other for two months.

Lara is currently studying law at Cardiff university, while Liam shot to fame after winning Love Island with Millie Grace Court in 2021.
The sighting comes just months after Liam split from Millie again in September, marking the second time their on-off relationship came to an end.
Reflecting on the breakup, Millie previously said: “I’ve got to start again. That’s absolutely fine. It is what it is. Just learn to not put too much pressure on yourself.”
The couple first split in 2022 before rekindling their romance a year later, only to quietly part ways once more in 2025.
Liam has since “soft-launched” his new romance on social media, sending fans into a frenzy over the identity of his mystery companion.
He shared snaps from a luxury stay at Cardiff’s Parkgate Hotel, where two wine glasses sat on the table during an evening at the bar.
A welcome card addressed to “Liam Reardon & guest” further fueled speculation that he wasn’t alone.
Meanwhile, Millie appears to be moving on too, with the star already in South Africa ahead of entering Love Island: All Stars next week.
Insiders say the 29-year-old is keen to put her breakup behind her, with Millie sharing that she can’t wait for a “flirt” inside the famous villa.
Millie and Liam did long distance from London to Cardiff, something which took its toll on their relationship.
A source previously told The Sun: “Millie and Liam have tried so hard to make their relationship work.
“But unfortunately, the distance was just difficult and they have sadly ended their relationship for a second time.”
