Who is Charlie Frederick? Love Island: All Stars 2026 contestant

Love Island: All Stars is back on screens tonight (15th January) after a slight delay, and the Islanders haven’t wasted any time getting to know each other.
Amongst the Islanders heading back into the villa for a second chance of love is Charlie Frederick, who OG fans of the series will remember.
ITV has teased what is to come in tonight’s episode, including a game of Good or No Good.
As host Maya Jama stands in front of the Islanders around the fire pit, she says: “Well, Islanders now you are all in, are you already to find love?”
Maya explains the game: “Ok, All Stars, as you can see I have some ‘Good’ and ‘No Good’ sashes here. So, here’s the game…one at a time girls, you need to decide which of the boys you think is good for you, explain why and place a sash around him and then give him a snog.
“Then you have to place a ‘no good’ sash and place it around the boy you think is no good for you and tell me why that is. Boys, don’t worry you’ve got weeks to work on these girls and change their minds.”
As we wait to find out what’s in store for Charlie, read on for everything you need to know about the All Stars Islander.

Who is Charlie Frederick?
Charlie Frederick is a 30-year-old TV personality and personal trainer from London who first appeared on Love Island in 2018, where he entered as a bombshell.
Charlie didn’t even manage to last a full week in the Mallorcan villa, he was dumped after only 5 days alongside Hayley Hughes.
What season of Love Island was Charlie Frederick on?

Charlie entered the villa as a bombshell on day 8 of season 4 back in 2018 and went on dates with Hayley Hughes, Samira Mighty and Georgia Steele. He then coupled up with Hayley, but the duo were voted the least compatible couple by their fellow Islanders.
The pair were then both dumped from the island only five days after Charlie arrived, having received the fewest votes from the public.

Charlie and Hayley did not date after leaving the show, with Charlie blaming her for their exit from the villa.
He said at the time: “I would definitely have coupled up with someone else if I knew that I was going to get nothing back the whole time. I probably would have gone for Megan [Barton-Hanson].”
He also added: “110% I would go back in there,” – well now’s his chance!
What has Charlie Frederick done since Love Island 2020?
Charlie joined the cast of Made in Chelsea in 2020, as many former Islanders seem to do, where he was dating cast member Verity Scarlett, but did not return for the following season.
He has continued to work as model and social media influencer, focusing his personal brand on fitness, health and wellness and also offers online personal training.
Has Charlie Frederick dated anyone since Love Island 2020?
Aside from Made in Chelsea’s Verity, since his time on the show Charlie has also been romantically linked to Lucie Donlan and Arabella Chi, both of which also went on to appear on Love Island in 2019.
Why is Charlie Frederick returning for Love Island All Stars?
Charlie is eager to get back in the villa again, saying he has a “whole series of unfinished business”.
“The first time round, I was in there for five days and I really want to find someone. This time I’ll follow the path and not stop before I’ve even entertained it.”
He continued: “There’s definitely a lot of personal growth that has happened – It’s been eight years since I went to Love Island, so people will notice a massive difference.
“I’ve grown loads as a person and I’m more confident in who I am and I don’t care what people think. I’m a nice guy and I want the opportunity to show that.”
