Bills quarterback Josh Allen named finalist for AP 2025 NFL MVP

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was named a finalist for the AP 2025 NFL MVP award. The winner will be revealed at the 15th annual NFL Honors on Thursday, Feb. 5 at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco three days before Super Bowl LX.
Allen was previously named a finalist for his performances in the 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024 seasons, marking this his fifth time in his career being recognized for the honor. At NFL Honors in Jan. 2025, he was won the award. Allen finished second in voting in 2020 and third in 2022.
In the 2025 regular season, Allen finished with a 69.3 completion percentage on 319-of-460 attempts and a 102.2 passer rating. He threw for 3,668 yards and 25 touchdowns, averaging eight yards per throw. On the ground, Allen had 579 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns on 112 carries.
