Reports: Nationals deal Gore to Rangers

The Washington Nationals are trading left-hander MacKenzie Gore to the Texas Rangers, according to multiple reports.
The 26-year-old Gore was 5-15 last season for Washington, turning in a 4.17 ERA with 185 strikeouts in 159.2 innings over 30 starts. He made the National League All-Star team for the first time in his career in 2025.
Gore started his MLB career with the San Diego Padres and was one of many players traded to the Nats in the Juan Soto deal in August of 2022.
Gore has a career ERA of 4.19 in four MLB seasons.
More to come.
