Australian Open day six LIVE: ‘Unnecessary’ scenes as star booed off court after win, twerks in front of fans; Tournament makes big change ahead of scorching day

After a nearly 90-minute set, Francisco Cerundolo of Argentina has taken the second set over Russia’s Andre Rublev.

The set went to a seven-point tiebreaker, with Cerundolo taking it 7-4.

It was an incredibly even set, though the Russian No.13 seed expressed his usual frustration at points, particularly with a loud crowd in the Argentinian No.18 seed’s corner.

After he was aced for the set, Rublev kicked the ball away in frustration.

He now trails by two sets and will have to force a five-setter to get through to the next round.
