Reading have completed the signing of central defender Benn Ward from Accrington Stanley.
The 22-year-old has signed a three-and-a-half year contract with the Royals after the clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.
Ward came through the youth ranks at Brighton & Hove Albion and after a brief spell at Isthmian League Hastings United he joined Burnley and then Accrington after making his Football League debut while on loan at Swindon Town.
