Williams bank new partner to unite ‘two British icons’

Williams has announced a partnership with British bank Barclays for the upcoming F1 campaign.
The Grove-based squad is preparing for the new season under fresh technical rules and is due to make its on-track debut at the Barcelona test next week.
In the build-up to the new campaign, it has confirmed a new deal with Barclays who has become its official banking partner.
With the bank founded over 325 years ago, Williams has described the deal as one that unites “two British icons” as the squad looks ot rebuild back towards the front of the grid.
“We are delighted to welcome Barclays into the sport as Official Banking Partner to Atlassian Williams F1 Team,” said
“As we prepare for one of the most significant regulatory changes in Formula 1 history, we’re preparing to seize the opportunities of the new era together with Barclays as we continue investing for long-term success.”
Barclays’ logo will feature throughout the Williams’ team attire, as well as on the livery of the FW48 challenger.
