Half-time draw

Hull vs Watford
Championship, 7.45pm

Not for the first time in recent years, Watford are looking for a new manager after Javi Gracia resigned on Sunday, three months into his second spell at the club.

The Hornets had suffered a disappointing 2-0 home defeat to Swansea but they remain in the hunt for a Championship playoff place and should be competitive at Hull on Tuesday.

The Tigers are up to third in the table following a run of eight wins in ten league games although bookmakers expect their bubble to burst.

They are 20-1 to win the title – fourth-placed Ipswich are just 3-1 – and went off as outsiders at struggling Blackburn on Saturday.

Hull needed a late goal from Liverpool loanee Lewis Koumas to grind out a 1-0 win at Ewood Park and the half-time draw looks a good bet when they host Watford.

Seven of the Hornets’ last eight Championship matches have been level at the break while Hull have conceded only two first-half goals in their last ten so a slow-burner could be on the cards.

Odds: 6-5 with bet365
