Part of the M11 is closed after a vehicle overturned early on Wednesday.
National Highways said a stretch of the motorway in Essex was closed southbound, external between junction seven at Harlow and junction six for the M25 after a collision at 00:50 GMT.
It said the vehicle came “to rest on its roof on the verge adjacent to the carriageway”. Emergency services are at the crash site.
Drivers have been warned the closure could be in place for several hours, external while a police investigation takes place. A diversion has been set up.
