Rangers will need to shell out multi-million fee to sign Andreas Skov Olsen
It was an eventful transfer window for the Ibrox outfit, with the hierarchy backing Danny Rohl with the tools he needed to compete for the title.
The German had a few demands going into the transfer window, and he is likely to be satisfied with the work his team have done over the last month.
Rangers added four new players to the squad in Tuur Rommens, Tochi Chukwuani, Ryan Naderi and Skov Olsen.
Seven players were also shown the door, as it was imperative to get players out as well.
Skov Olsen’s future is undoubtedly going to be a topic of discussion in the coming months as the Gers will want to sign him permanently if he does well.
Writing in the Rangers Review, Chris Jack claims that if the Govan outfit are to exercise that option at the end of the season, they will need to pay Wolfsburg around £9million to sign the 26-year-old.

Why have Rangers signed Skov Olsen?
Rohl wanted a reliable option on the right flank and agreed with the club’s assessment that Skov Olsen would be the ideal fit for his side.
The fact that the Denmark international is a left-footer capable of cutting in and providing a goal threat makes him a more threatening prospect in the final third.
He also has solid international experience and that will undoubtedly help in what is now a season in which Rangers are challenging for the title.
It remains to be seen how Dujon Sterling combines with him on the right flank, but there is every chance that the duo are a lethal prospect going forward.
Rohl can surely get the best out of him and fans will hope that he is capable of hitting the ground running.
