The actor, who is in a long-term relationship with reality TV star Kylie Jenner, sparked speculation after being spotted with the mystery woman at a hotel.

According to social media posts, the pair appeared to have been spotted while trying to keep a low profile. As per a post on @metgalacrave, on realising that they were being filmed, Timothee and the lady were seen retreating to their hotel at around 10.30 pm. Roughly an hour later, at about 11.30 pm, they allegedly attempted to head out while surrounded by the actor’s security. They were seen entering the same vehicle and reportedly driving around the city to avoid being followed. However, the outing was ultimately cut short, with the pair returning to the hotel later that night.

The sighting divided fans with some defending the star while others questioned his behaviour. One defended the star saying, “you can literally see her in this video why would he cheat on kylie in the middle of a press tour y’all sound dumb and bitter i’m sorry.” Another commented, “You made that up. He’s literally surrounded by his entire team and are on their way to an event lol.” Others questioned, “If it’s innocent, why hide this hard?”

The incident comes shortly after Chalamet made headlines early this week, during a Q&A session for his Oscar-nominated film ‘Marty Supreme’, when he was asked about his relationship status. The actor confirmed he has a girlfriend. When asked whether marriage was on the cards, he replied, “You’re going to get me into trouble.”Chalamet went public with his relationship with Kylie Jenner last year and made the romance Instagram official. He also indicated that he was in a serious relationship huring his Golden Globe and Critics Choice Awards speeches, where he referred to Jenner as his “partner of three years.”

Meanwhile, Anamaria Vartolomei had previously expressed admiration for Chalamet’s work.
