Gavin Newsom Slams Trump Loving Boxer As Snowflake

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) reacted to boxer and influencer Jake Paul’s meltdown over Bad Bunny performing at halftime during Sunday’s Super Bowl.
“he’s such a little MAGA snowflake,” said a message from Newsom’s press office on X, along with a snowflake emoji, in response to Pop Crave’s post about Paul.
“Purposefully turning off the halftime show,” Paul wrote Sunday on X. “Let’s rally together and show big corporations they can’t just do whatever they want without consequences (which equals viewership for them)
“You are their benefit. Realize you have power. Turn off this halftime. A fake American citizen performing who publicly hates America. I cannot support that.”
Bad Bunny was born in Puerto Rico, which is a U.S. territory, making Bad Bunny an American citizen.
Newsom seemingly called Paul a “MAGA snowflake” because of Paul’s support for President Donald Trump. Paul officially endorsed Trump for president in 2024, and after the assassination attempt on Trump, Paul wrote on social media, “If it isn’t apparent enough who God wants to win / When you try and kill God’s angels and saviors of the world it just makes them bigger / Good beats evil every time,” along with a #Trump2024 hashtag.
