Bulls try Toulouse ticket offer in hope of building on real Catalans momentum

BULLS are looking to make the most of their fan momentum ahead of this Sunday’s Betfred Super League clash against Toulouse at Odsal.

An amazing 9,992 supporters attended last Friday night for the superb 28-10 win against Catalans, by far the biggest attendance at Odsal since Bradford sensationally beat Leeds in the 2019 Challenge Cup in front of 10,258 spectators.

It was almost double the 5,188 attendance at Bulls’ last home match against Catalans 12 years prior, also comfortably outstripping the 7,438 that watched Bradford’s previous Super League game at Odsal, against Widnes in September 2014.

On paper, Bradford’s home attendances against Catalans and Toulouse should be their poorest, due to a lack of travelling away fans from the South of France.

Odsal has lots of detractors, but the 92-year-old stadium is close to the hearts of many Bulls fans, so seeing what it was like last Friday was special. (Image: Alex Whitehead/SWpix.com)

But after helping sell the Catalans game with, among other things, a performance from popular Bradford rappers Bad Boy Chiller Crew, pricing is the main focus for this weekend.

Adult tickets, provided they are before gameday on Sunday, will cost just £10 for the Toulouse game, while kids can go for free.

There will also be free face painting, free inflatables and free activities, as well as live music and pyrotechnics.

Toulouse have made an excellent start to life in Super League, they and Wigan being the only two teams with a 100 per cent record so far.

But Bulls will join them on two wins from three if they can get the job done this Sunday.
