Palace came flying out of the blocks and took a deserved early lead. They could have added to that advantage, but their superiority certainly waned as the half progressed.
It took at least half an hour for United to get going in the first period, but they have looked dangerous since then. The Reds are more than capable of turning this game around but they cannot afford another slow start in the second half.
