Sunday Brunch’s Tim Lovejoy revealed that significant alterations are planned for the regular schedule next week.

During Sunday’s instalment of the Channel 4 favourite, Tim returned to screens alongside co-presenter Simon Rimmer. The pair were back hosting their typical three-hour programme filled with celebrity chats, cooking segments and cheerful entertainment.

Throughout the long-standing show, the duo spoke with guests including EastEnders’ Samantha Womack and American pop sensation Tiffany Renee Darwish.

However, early in the broadcast, Tim notified audiences that adjustments would be made to the programme next week. Addressing viewers at home, he announced: “Welcome back to Sunday Brunch on Channel 4 but next week we will be on E4 because of the Paralympics.”

The programme typically broadcasts on Sunday mornings from 10am on Channel 4 but next week it will relocate to E4 as Channel 4 presents an on-screen lineup of world-class hosts and Para athletes for the Milano Cortina 2026 Paralympic Winter Games, which commence on Friday, March 6, reports the Mirror.

The broadcaster will be transmitting more than 60 hours of sport live from the Italian Dolomites across the Channel, with every minute of coverage available on Channel 4 Sport’s YouTube, as Channel 4 continues to expand upon its groundbreaking work in delivering accessible Paralympics programming to audiences.

All content will be subtitled, live broadcast coverage will have live audio description available from 10:30am each day, and the daily highlights programme will feature live British Sign Language translation.

It comes as elsewhere in the show, guest Dame Maggie Aderin-Pocock revealed her surprising disagreement with David Attenborough.

She went on to say: “It’s an ongoing feud, he’s going down.” Providing further details she explained: “So I was sitting next to him at dinner and I was gobsmacked sitting next to him and he was lovely and wonderful and we started talking about each other’s lives.

“We were talking about life beyond the earth. It’s just sort of a lovely topic and he was like, no, no Maggie, you know, life needs water.

“And I was like ‘but David no’. I was thinking because that’s life as we know it. All life on earth needs water. But out there there could be life.”

She added: “So we had this ongoing debate, at the end, I said, ‘okay, David, I’m gonna go out and prove my theory’. He said, ‘Maggie, you’re a star. Stay here with us'”.

Sunday Brunch airs Sunday’s from 10am on Channel 4
