Wild acquire F Brink from Flyers for D Jiricek

The Minnesota Wild are acquiring forward Bobby Brink from the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for defenceman David Jiricek.
The 24-year-old Brink has 13 goals and 13 assists for 26 points in 55 games so far this season.
Brink is scheduled to become a restricted free agent this summer and is making $1.5 million this season. He was in the midst of his fourth season with the Flyers after being selected in the second round of the 2019 NHL Draft.
Jiricek, 22, does not have a point in 25 games so far this season. He’s also appeared in 24 AHL games with the Iowa Wild, tallying two goals and eight assists.
Like Brink, Jiricek is scheduled to become a restricted free agent this summer and is making $918,000 this year.
He was selected No. 6 overall in the 2022 draft.
