There was a battle at Bay Hill, and it came down to a playoff
Akshay Bhatia knocked off Daniel Berger on the first playoff hole at Arnie’s Place to win the 2026 Arnold Palmer Invitational. Bhatia trailed by five shots heading to the back nine but shot 31 coming home to force a playoff. All three of his PGA Tour wins have come in a playoff.
And with the win, Bhatia will take home a hefty $4 million paycheck.
