Congratulations are in order for Jack Osbourne and wife Aree Gearhart, who have just expanded their brood.
The 40-year-old star has welcomed his fifth daughter (his second with his current wife) and she is already a little heavy metal heartbreaker.
The reality TV star took to Instagram to announce the arrival of his sweet baby girl while also confirming her legendary name.
“Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne,” he captioned a shot of the newborn sleeping peacefully in her bassinet.

The adorable black-and-white snap also features a custom plaque revealing all the sweet stats of the new little rocker.
We know she was born on March 5th at 8:49am with her weight and height listed too.
Fans were thrilled to see some happy news finally come the family’s way after a heartbreaking start to the year.
“Awwww I know Ozzy is one proud papa! Welcome to the world little one,” one fan commented.
“The sweetest name.️ Her Papa’s gotta be so tickled watching over,” another added.
But it was what was nestled beside little Ozzy that had fans really reaching for the tissues.
In the corner of bassinett was a tiny, furry bat plush toy – another tribute to her late grandfather who passed away before she could meet him.
The heartwarming (in the weirdest way possible) nod refers to her Black Sabbath granddad’s most infamous, head-biting stage antic.
In 1982, during a concert in Iowa, Ozzy controversially bit the head off a live bat that a fan had thrown onto the stage – assuming it was just a fake rubber toy. He was rushed to the hospital for a gruelling round of rabies shots and the incident turned into one of heavy metal’s most legendary moments.
Th new arrival comes just months after Ozzy, affectionately known as the Prince of Darkness, passed away in July at the age of 76.
Jack previously revealed that he and Aree were able to break the news of the pregnancy to the rock legend before his passing, bringing a much-needed ray of hope during a dark time for the family.
“It’s been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing,” he told reporters late last year.
“It’s very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness.”
Little Ozzy is Jack’s fifth daughter. He shares three girls – Pearl, Andy and Minni – with ex-wife Lisa Stelly, and his youngest girl, Maple, who he shares with Aree, will now take on the role of doting big sister.
