WWE Planning Major Celebrity Appearance For WrestleMania 42

Jelly Roll may not be done with WWE just yet — and a new report suggests the chart-topping artist could be heading for an even bigger stage.
According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select on March 12, 2026, ongoing discussions between WWE and Jelly Roll are expected to lead to the musician appearing at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas. Sources indicated that the artist has received widespread praise backstage within WWE for his professionalism and enthusiasm for the business.
This comes just days after Jelly Roll popped up during the March 6 episode of WWE SmackDown. In a taped segment on the broadcast, the Grammy-nominated singer congratulated Randy Orton on his Elimination Chamber victory and commented on the Undisputed WWE Championship situation involving Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre. The appearance also confirmed that Jelly Roll would be showing up in person on the next episode of SmackDown in Phoenix, Arizona.
Jelly Roll already has some in-ring history with WWE. At SummerSlam 2025, he teamed with Randy Orton in a tag team match against Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre. While his team came up short after Paul pinned him following a “Paul from Grace,” the performance reportedly impressed WWE officials, particularly because Jelly Roll was willing to take several physical bumps — including a dramatic moment where Logan Paul launched himself from the top post through the announce table onto him.
His wrestling appearances haven’t been limited to WWE either. Earlier this year, Jelly Roll also crossed over into Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, where he and fellow musician Teddy Swims showed up at the No Surrender event in February to celebrate Trey Miguel’s championship victory.
If the current discussions lead to something official, Jelly Roll could end up playing a role at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas — bringing another celebrity crossover moment to WWE’s biggest show of the year.
