Zoe Saldaña is pure class at the 2026 Oscars.
The Avatar actor—and former Harper’s Bazaar cover star—made her arrival at the award show tonight in a lovely black slipdress from Saint Laurent with a sheer bodice made of floral lace. The skirt of the piece was matte, and fell softly down to the carpet.
She accessorized the simple, classic dress with a fabulous necklace made of diamond and rubies, plus diamond stud earrings and some rings to match.
Her hair was styled in a romantic updo and she wore glowy makeup.
The actor’s husband, Marco Perego-Saldaña, did not walk the red carpet with her this time around.

Saldaña is not nominated at this year’s Academy Awards, but is instead returning to the ceremony as a presenter.

She did win an Oscar last year, for Best Supporting Actress due to her performance as Rita Mora Castro in the musical crime film Emilia Pérez, becoming the first American of Dominican origin to take home the award in that category. (She also won a SAG Award last year for the performance.)
Because she was an Oscar winner last year, she was announced as one of the presenters for this year’s show. Other stars expected to take the stage as presenters tonight include Nicole Kidman, Pedro Pascal, and Channing Tatum.
At the 2025 Oscars, Saldaña was so elegant in a strapless maroon gown with a see-through bodice dotted with clear crystals, from Saint Laurent, which she styled with sheer black opera gloves.
