Trump’s White House chief of staff Susie Wiles diagnosed with breast cancer

White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with breast cancer, President Donald Trump has announced.
Trump praised Wiles on Truth Social on Monday, before revealing, “unfortunately, she has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer, and has decided to take on this challenge, IMMEDIATELY, as opposed to waiting”.
Wiles will continue to work “virtually full time at the White House” while undergoing treatment, Trump wrote.
Wiles, 68, is the first woman to serve in the position. Considered the most important White House staff role, chiefs of staff keep the president’s agenda on track.
