2026 Valspar Championship purse: Payout breakdown, winner’s share

On Sunday at the Copperhead Course at Innisbrook Resort, the Valspar Championship stage is set for a dramatic finish.
Sungjae Im (-11) leads the field by two shots heading into the final round. The 27-year-old from South Korea’s recent form has been interrupted by military training and a wrist injury, and a win in Florida would mark his first since 2021 — nearly four-and-a-half years ago.
Just behind Im, two PGA Tour veterans occupy second place: Brandt Snedeker, the 45-year-old U.S. Presidents Cup captain, has nine wins on his resume, but the most recent was eight years ago, in 2018.
Sungjae Im had boot camp. Then an injury. Now he leads Valspar

And 37-year-old David Lipsky, who has three international wins to his credit, has teed it up on the PGA Tour in 144 tournaments without a victory — so far.
A bit farther down the leaderboard, three shots behind Im, you have Marco Penge and Matt Fitzpatrick. Penge, too, is seeking his maiden PGA Tour victory, while Fitzpatrick, a U.S. Open champion, is looking for his third PGA Tour win.
In addition to the prestige of a PGA Tour title, these players are also battling for a hefty prize fund.
The Valspar Championship’s $9.1 million total purse awards $1.638 million to the champion and $991,900 to the runner-up, with the top 22 players earning a six-figure payout.
