With the arrival of spring, many of us will be looking forward to home refreshes, whether that’s a deep clean or a full blown renovation. And with the long Easter weekend, you might have some extra hours on your hands to get a project off the ground.
For anyone looking to get stuck into some DIY over the bank holiday weekend, we have rounded up the opening hours for Screwfix, Wickes and B&Q.
Here are the hours for Good Friday through to Easter Monday:
Screwfix
Screwfix will be operating altered hours over the Easter weekend.
On Good Friday (April 3), stores across the UK will be open from 7am to 6pm. This is an earlier close than their usual weekday hours.
On Saturday (April 4), stores across the UK will operate their normal hours of 7am to 6pm.
On Easter Sunday (April 5) all stores in England, Wales and Northern Ireland will be closed. Stores in Scotland will operate their usual Sunday trading hours.
On Easter Monday (April 6) stores across the UK will be open from 7am to 6pm
Wickes
For anyone looking to make the most of the extended break, Wickes’ 230 stores will also be open for most of the Easter weekend.
Stores in England and Wales will be open from 7am to 8pm on Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Monday.
Stores in England and Wales will be closed all day on Easter Sunday.
Scottish stores will remain open throughout.
B&Q
B&Q will be operating its usual hours on every day of the weekend except Sunday.
Store times on Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Monday (April 6) are 7am to 8pm.
The store will be closed all day on Easter Sunday.
