Claude AI experienced a possible outage Monday, according to Downdetector.com.
More than 2,500 users had reported problems with the platform as of 8:26 a.m. PDT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.
Most users who reported an issue to Downdetector said that they had issues with Claude Chat.
Claude’s status checker says, “All Systems Operational.”

More than 3,300 users have now reported an issue with the platform.

Nearly 5,000 users have now reported an issue with the platform.

Claude’s status checker now says, “We have identified an issue resulting in elevated errors on Claude.ai, including desktop and mobile. Users may experience errors when attempting to login, engaging with voice mode, or completing chats with Claude. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.”
Update at 9:00 a.m.
More than 8,000 users have now reported an issue with the platform. The status checker now adds, “This issue additionally affects login on other surfaces, such as Claude.code.”
