The Lincoln 10k will celebrate the city’s history and landmarks when it returns on 12 April.
Tristan Batley-Kyle, of organiser Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All, said: “It’s a fantastic day that’s become a firm favourite in the region’s fundraising and sporting calendar.”
The run will starts on Riseholme Road at 10:00 BST and pass landmarks including the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, Yarborough Leisure Centre and Ravendale Sports Ground, before finishing at Priory Gate, in the shadow of Lincoln Cathedral.
A number of road closures along the route will be in place until 14:30.
