Josh Hokit, Curtis Blaydes reveal extent of injuries after UFC 327 slugfest

Following their wild brawl at UFC 327 this past weekend (Sat. April 11, 2026) inside Kaseya Center, both Josh Hokit and Curtis Blaydes were transported to a Miami, Fla.,-area hospital (details here). Now, we’re learning just how banged up they are after winging haymakers at each other for the majority of their 15-minute “Fight of the Night”-winning slobber knocker (watch highlights).

According to “The Incredible Hok,” he’s ready to go.

“Just got back from the hospital,” he wrote on social media. “No broken bones ‘cuz I’m made of steel… Y’all are welcome… 200k!”

Blaydes, however, was not as fortunate.

According to his management (via Mike Bohn),“Razor” suffered a fractured orbital bone and fractured nose in the drag-out war with Hokit, which tells you just how much grit Blaydes showed to keep engaging as he did. It wasn’t enough to earn him the win, which went to Hokit via judges scorecards (29-28×3).

That’s likely to put Blaydes on the shelf for awhile, which is disappointing given how often he’s been injured. Indeed, Blaydes tore his MCL against Rizvan Kuniev back in June 2025, leaving him unable to compete for nearly one year. Depending on how serious his orbital fracture is, he could now be out for several months to a year.

As for “The Incredible Hok,” though, he’s free and clear to fight Lewis on UFC’s White House card (see it here). After facing the quiet-mannered Blaydes, it should be interesting to see what kind of interplay Hokit and Lewis have, especially given the elevated platform UFC’s White House card brings.
