Two groups of guests decided to “rise to the challenge” in the queue for Avatar Flight of Passage today, according to a Reddit user who posted a video of the incident.
According to the user, United_Excitement329, an argument had been going on between the two parties for much of the 80 minute wait for the ride. By the time they neared the loading area, the argument turned physical. Both men and women can be seen throwing punches and pushing one another in the video.
The video lasts a little over one minute. It is unclear what happened after the video ends, but there was a call to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office that matches the location and events at 11:21 AM.
This is just the latest in a series of rowdy incidents that have taken place at Disney theme parks this year including violent behavior and theft. Perhaps the most noteworthy event at Avatar Flight of Passage took place in 2019, when a guest relieved themselves on another guest.
