Many are having problems with the app, according to Downdetector.
Users reported problems with the app shortly after 3 p.m. on Friday, and the outage has grown since.
Most of the complaints stem from people being unable to log onto the app. That’s where the bulk of the issues are (52 percent), though some are also having problems with online banking and mobile banking.
There is no timetable for when the issues will be resolved, but as of 4 p.m. there were more than 3500 reports of issues.
