Georgia-Ole Miss Series Will Begin With Saturday Doubleheader – University of Georgia Athletics

OXFORD, Miss. – Due to inclement weather in the forecast for Friday night, the baseball series opener between fifth-ranked Georgia and No. 17 Ole Miss has been postponed until Saturday when the teams will play a doubleheader.
Saturday’s action will begin at 2 p.m. ET on the SEC Network, and game two will start approximately 50 minutes following the conclusion of game one and streamed on the SECN+. Both games will be nine innings. The entire series will be available on the Georgia Bulldog Sports Network.
Tickets and parking for Friday’s game will be honored for game two of the doubleheader. Tickets for the originally scheduled Saturday game will be honored for game one of the doubleheader. If fans intend to leave between games, they will need to use Friday’s parking for game two. Ticket holders will use their current tickets for the rescheduled game times. New tickets will not be issued.
The Bulldogs are 32-10 overall and lead the SEC with a 13-5 mark. The Rebels are 30-12 overall and 10-8 in the SEC.
