Rice is 1 of 1 for nearly getting suspended all year, every year. No other players had 3 straight years of suspensions or suspension risk. No one else in the NFL has that track record.
Rice will play one more year for the Chiefs because no one will guarantee more than 1-year to a guy they cant depend on. He will resign with the Chiefs for a 1-year prove-it deal because no one is going to offer more. Rice will be better to prove-it in the system he knows, as the #1 Reciever, than elsewhere.
