TOWIE returned to screens last night for season 37, with one star seen storming off set in dramatic scenes – and the drama continues tonight

A star from The Only Way is Essex has been spotted in floods of tears after confessing they still harboured feelings for an ex.
TOWIE burst back onto screens for series 37 last night (April 26) with one celebrity storming off set mere minutes into the fresh season.
In further chaotic scenes, Livvy Jay and Dani Imbert were witnessed going head to head in a fiery clash over Freddie Bentley while Ella Rae Wise was contemplating reconciling with her former best mate (Freddie) following their previous spat.
The mayhem is set to continue tonight (April 27) as episode two will broadcast on ITV2 at 9pm, with instalments also becoming available on ITVX.

The second episode sees Diags arranging a trip to a nearby fishing village as tensions remain bubbling within the group. With rivalries continuing to escalate, one celebrity has been witnessed wiping away tears after confessing they still held feelings for their former partner, reports OK!.
TOWIE viewers may recall Ella and Dan Edgar’s dramatic break-up, a week before she stepped into the Big Brother house. Nevertheless, with Dan now in a fresh relationship, Ella has confessed she still has feelings for her ex-boyfriend as she made a frank revelation.
As the group are in Vietnam on their getaway, whispers spread that Dan and Ella have been flirting, which he refutes, but chatting to her mates, Ella said: “I asked him about his new girlfriend, or bird, was it a girlfriend or whatever it is I don’t know.”
Ella was then asked if she was “okay” as she could be seen fighting back tears. She then admitted: “No it’s actually s***.” Junaid was heard saying: “You’ve got massive feelings for him Ella and sometimes in life you just have to go with your heart.”
Ella chimed in: “You know what it is, when I broke up with him, one thing I wanted him was to come and get me back, because I didn’t feel wanted by him.”

When questioned if she regretted her decision to end the relationship, she could be seen dabbing at her tears as she nodded in agreement.
She explained: “That’s not because he’s met someone else because I’m not going to lie I regretted it as soon as I did it, but I just thought that he’d come back for me. But he didn’t.”
Speculation about the two flirting persisted as Dan confessed he needed to have a conversation with ex Ella to clear up their situation. Whether the pair can remain friends is yet to be determined, with viewers needing to tune into TOWIE to discover more.
In a dramatic preview of next week’s episode, Ella and Dan are shown having a chat on the beach, with Ella in tears as she declares: “I actually hate it.” Dan can be heard comforting her: “Please don’t get upset”, to which Ella responds: “No I’m going to because I love you.”
