To the Kardashian fans who were hoping for a Kim x Lewis Hamilton Met Gala debut, the couple just offered a little something that might ease your disappointment. For although the Skims founder showed up to the Costume Institute fundraiser solo, she did reunite with her boyfriend the very next day.
On Tuesday night, the lovebirds were spotted attending the evening performance of The Fear of 13, for which Kardashian served as a producer.
The Fear of 13 was a fitting choice for Kardashian’s first Broadway gig, given her commitment to criminal justice reform. Starring Adrien Brody and Tessa Thompson, the production was adapted from a documentary, telling the true story of a wrongful conviction and the harrows of death row.
“My commitment to criminal justice reform has always been about more than just policy–it’s about people,” Kardashian stated of her involvement with the project. “I’ve learned that sometimes the most effective way to change minds is through a powerful story. The Fear of 13 is that story. It’s a raw, honest look at Nick Yarris’s wrongful conviction and the systemic failures that kept him behind bars for twenty years. I couldn’t be prouder to make my Broadway producing debut with a project that carries such vital weight.”

Kardashian, who was first rumored to be dating the Formula One driver just three months ago, walked the Met Gala carpet solo on Monday night. And although she’s been known to love a Met Gala couples moment, Hamilton’s absence was not completely unexpected—given that he was down in Florida over the weekend, racing for Ferrari at the Miami Grand Prix.
